If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

After you submit your withdrawal request, you will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.
If your withdrawal request concerns goods that have already been delivered, we will provide return instructions. You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including but not limited to:
